Brinkley
Hi! I’m Brinkley, the owner of Pawnails Grooming & Kennels. I started this business with one goal: to build the kind of place I’d trust with my own dogs. What started as a mobile grooming business has grown into a full-service grooming salon, boarding facility, and daycare, but one thing has never changed—every decision we make is based on what’s best for the pets in our care.
When I’m not at work, I’m usually spending time with my daughter, Wren, hanging out with my family, or dreaming up new ways to make Pawnails even better. I have four dogs of my own: Moose, Fin, Hux, and Bryant. If you’ve been around Pawnails for any length of time, you’ve probably met Bryant. He’s the face of Pawnails.
My favorite part of what I do is earning the trust of nervous dogs and showing them that grooming and boarding don’t have to be scary. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a dog who once hated coming in walk through our doors with a wagging tail. The same concept with the owners, I love giving owners a new perspective of how their experience could be for their dogs and that they have someone they can truly trust with their babies. It’s such a rewarding job.
One thing I’d want every client to know is that I’m incredibly protective of this business because I’m protective of the people and pets inside it. Every policy we’ve put in place, every safety measure, every routine, and every decision has been made with one goal in mind: keeping your pets safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Your dog will never be “just another appointment” or “just another boarding dog” to me. If I wouldn’t be comfortable with something for my own family, I won’t ask your pet to go through it.

Josie has been grooming alongside me for years and has become someone so many of our clients know and trust. She’s also a brand-new mama to baby Evie, so when she’s not at work, she’s spending time making memories with her little family.
Her favorite part of working at Pawnails is helping pets look and feel their best while creating a calm, low-stress experience for every dog she works with. Josie specializes in high anxiety dogs and taking her time and getting to know them on another level and understanding. She’s my right hand girl.

Alysa loves spending time outdoors, mud riding, fishing, listening to music, and hanging out with her family. She’s also a proud dog mom to Cricket, Bronx, Fred, and Snoop.
Her favorite part of working at Pawnails is getting to meet new dogs every day while building relationships with all of our regular clients and their pets. Alysa has years of experience with animals and has a respect and understanding with them that can’t be taught. I see a lot of myself in her. We love this hardworking girl. She keeps us laughing.
She wants every client to know that she genuinely cares about every dog that walks through our doors and treats them with the same love and attention she’d want for her own.
Receptionist + Kennel Technician Preston
If you’ve called, texted, or walked into Pawnails recently, you’ve probably talked to Preston. She loves helping clients, making sure everyone feels welcome, and getting to know all of our regulars and their pets.
She’s a proud dog mom to Riley, and outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends and making people laugh. The sweetest human and has the biggest heart.
